CDC Rules
=========

The rules and other administrative documents for the Cyber Defense Competitions
run at ISU.

   In case of conflicts between the rules and the Scenario document, the
   Scenario document takes precedence.

These documents are versioned. At the start of the setup phase, White Team will
announce which version of the rules will be used during the competition. The
currently in effect version of the rules can always be found here_.

The key words "MUST", "MUST NOT", "REQUIRED", "SHALL", "SHALL
NOT", "SHOULD", "SHOULD NOT", "RECOMMENDED",  "MAY", and
"OPTIONAL" in the rules documents are to be interpreted as described in 
`RFC 2119  <https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2119>`_.
